I am a professional freelance photographer and father of two wonderful daughters, available to photograph your family and friends and capture the unforgettable moments in your lives.
As a parent, I understand the desire to preserve those once in a lifetime experiences and amazing times in your life you should treasure forever
My focus is to capture the unique candid moments and real expressions that reflect the true personality of my subject.
My name and reputation are on the line with each and every shoot and therefore I will not deliver an unfinished product I am not proud to say I have shot
Likewise in editing I will do what it takes to make sure that you and I are both satisfied and love the work.
Once optimised your images will be published to my website and a notice emailed to you.
They will be available to buy as a print, framed print (in a frame I offer) or downloadable JPEG file.
Original files are also available to buy from my website PhotoPro Images.
There is no minimum print purchase requirement associated with my booking

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this agreement 'Photographs' means all photographic material furnished by the Photographer, whether, negatives, transparencies, prints, digital files/images or any other type of physical or electronic material.
2 CONTRACT & VARIATION
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Contract to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions put forward by the Client or Agency. These terms and conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing by the Photographer.
3 LIABILITY
The Photographer accepts no liability for non supply of pictures for whatever reason. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that all the necessary clearances have been obtained to allow the pictures to be taken without hinderance or infringements of trademarks or copyright.
4 REJECTION
Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, the pictures cannot be rejected for reasons of style and composition.
5 PAYMENT
Payment by the Client will be expected for the commissioned work within 30 days of the issue of the relevant invoice. If the invoice is not paid, in full, within 30 days the Photographer reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment and Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date payment is made. In addition, in accordance with European Directive 2000/35/EC a debt recovery fee of £40.00 will also be charged.
6 DISCOUNTS
Any discounts made by the Photographer will be automatically revoked and the full amount charged on all invoices not payed within the specified 30 days.
7 EXPENSES
Where extra expenses or time are incurred by the Photographer as a result of alterations to the original brief by the Client, or otherwise at their request, the Client shall give approval to and be liable to pay such extra expenses or fees at the Photographer's normal rate to the Photographer in addition to the expenses having been agreed or estimated.
8 COPYRIGHT
In accordance with the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the entire copyright of all images and photographs created by the Photographer is owned and retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. Alan Janaszek asserts both his moral right to be identified as the author of his work and the right to a credit is asserted in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
9 LICENCE
The Client is licenced to use Pictures only for the purpose(s) specified. No licence becomes effective until the invoice is paid in full. No use may be made of the Photographs before payment without the Photographers express permission. Any permission for prior use will be automatically revoked if full payment is not made by the due date or if the Client or Agency is put into receivership or liquidation. The licence is granted to the named Client only and is not transferable. Permission to use the Photographs for purposes outside the terms of the licence will normally be granted upon payment of a further fee, which must be mutually agreed before such further use.
10 EXCLUSIVITY
The Client will be authorised to publish the Photographs, within the terms of the licence, to the exclusion of all other persons including the Photographer. However, the Photographer retains the right in all cases to use the Photographs in any manner at any time in any part of the world for purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work. After the exclusivity period indicated in the Usage Licence the Photographer shall be entitled to use the Photographs for any purposes.
11 CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
The Photographer will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties information communicated to him in confidence for the purpose of the photography, save as may be reasonablely necessary to enable the Photographer to carry out his obligations in relation to the commission.
12 CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation and accordingly the Photographer will, at his/her discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement. Currently a cancellation fee of 50% of the photography fee will be charged on any job cancelled on or later than 24 hours before the scheduled time booked.
13 ELECTRONIC STORAGE
Save for the purpose of production for the licenced use(s), the Photographs may not be stored in any form of electronic medium without the written permission of the Photographer.
14 APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
